ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

Presentation Types
Oral Presentation: Abstracts submitted to this category will be evaluated for oral presentation.
Poster Presentation: Abstracts submitted to this category will be evaluated for poster presentation.

* If the capacity of oral abstract sessions in the scientific program will not be enough for presentation of all oral submissions, these submissions can be evaluated for poster presentation.

Abstract Format
Abstracts can be submitted in English.
Title (15 words recommended, only the first letter of the title and of formal names should be uppercase)
Abstract body (350 words maximum)
Keywords (1 minimum and 3 maximum)
Table / Figure (1 table and 1 image allowed)

Authors
The number of authors is limited to 12 per abstract. The presenter will receive all communication related to the abstract.

How to submit your abstract online?
The abstract submitter shall start the submission by creating an account for him/herself on the submission system which word on 10 steps. Throughout the submission system:

First Step-> The abstract language and presentation type should be selected.
Second step -> Please type the author institution(s) here.
Third step -> Please add all authors, select the presenting author and choose the institutions.
Forth step -> The presenting author information should be added if different from the submitter.
Fifth step -> The title of the abstracts should be typed. It shall summarize the content of the abstract and only the very first letter of the title shall be in uppercase. Recommended number of words for title is 15.
Sixth step -> The abstract body should be typed and it can be maximum 350 words. The expansion of the abbreviations should be used at first time they appear in the text. The sentences in the text shall be written with uppercase only in very first letter and the rest of the sentence shall be in lowercase except names, abbreviations and etc.
Seventh step -> The keywords shall be minimum 1 and maximum 3. They shall be separated by commas.
Eighth step -> 1 table and 1 image/figure is allowed.
Ninth step -> Please type here if you have any additional comments to scientific committee.
Tenth step -> Preview your abstract and submit it for evaluation.

Abstract Evaluation
Submitted abstracts will be assessed by an international reviewer committee as blind evaluation. After the evaluation is completed, the presenters will be notified about the result through email at submitters and presenter’s email address.

By submitting the abstract for the congress, all authors accept and approve the publication of their abstracts in the congress book.

Presentation Details
After the abstract evaluation process is completed, the corresponding author will be notified about the presentation details (session, date, time, durarion, pptx template etc.)
For oral presentations, the speech can be in Turkish but the pptx presentation file should be prepared in English.
Poster presentations will be displayed as e-poster. The e-poster should be prepared in English. Thecorresponding author will be notified about the e-poster submission details.

Registration is Required
Presenter of abstracts accepted oral or poster abstracts are expected to register for the congress for their abstracts being included in the scientific program. The presenters shall cover their registration, accommodation or transportation expenses themselves.
