Official Congress language is Turkish and English. There will be simultaneous translation during the congress.

Abstract
Abstracts will be submitted online through congress website.

Registration and Consultation
Registration and information desks will be at Titanic Mardan Palace Hotel between 08:30 and 19:00 on 14 – 17 November 2024.

Congress Name Badge
Name badges will be distributed to all participants attending the congress.

Congress Participation Certificate
All participants will be given a “Certificate of Attendance” at the end of the congress.

Climate
Antalya province has Mediterranean climate with hot summers and moderately warm and rainy winters. During November average temperature is around 16 °C and the maximum temperature is around 20 °C

Time Zone
Turkey currently observes Eastern European Summer Time (EEST) all year and is in GMT+3 time zone. Daylight-saving time is no longer in use.

Electricity
The standard voltage in Turkey is 220 V/50 Hz with round-prong European-style plugs that fit into recessed wall sockets. Travellers from United States using 120 V may need converter.

Visa
Visitors are required to hold a valid passport for entrance to Türkiye. Visa requirements may change according to the country so visitors should check the validity of their passport and visa requirements before their travel.
